My intuitive, spontaneous and fun poetry and song journeying is based on a client’s personal, professional, spiritual or ecological goals.
One way a session can go is to identify a personal, spiritual or professional goal(s) that the client has for the music, song and poetry therapy.
The client and I work together to create positive statements and psychological affirmations that will empower the client in the attainment of their goals.
The client and I then play with the affirmations by reciting or singing the affirmations and lyrics several times with each other in a song or poetry reading. It can also work well if it’s done as a chant. The recorded affirmations may be done as a duet, or a solo by the client or myself.
The sessions can be accompanied by me playing the guitar or keyboard or other instruments.
The music and poetry can be recorded for the client to use during their day, at work, during yoga, meditation or massage.
This goal-oriented song and poetry can be a lot of fun, even if the client is working on important behavioral and personal goals.
I am also offering intuitive environmental song and poetry sessions whose goal is to benefit both client and planet. If recorded sessions, song or poetry sound good, they will be put on the web for others to hear and hopefully be inspired by.
